While we offer a discount for fees paid in full at the beginning of treatment, we also offer a monthly payment plan. Our fees are 'up front' and 'all inclusive' so that you can budget properly without worrying about 'surprises' along the way. Fees are usually discussed at the consultation visit. We will do our best to tailor a financing option to meet your specific needs. "IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE COVERING ORTHODONTICS WE WILL FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK NECESSARY TO AID YOU IN COLLECTING THE BENEFITS." If you have insurance covering orthodontics we will fill out any paperwork necessary to aid you in collecting the benefits. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Accounts more than fourteen days overdue will be charged a late payment fee of twenty-five dollars unless alternate arrangements have been made. Returned checks will also be charged a processing fee of sixty dollars. It is presumed that the normal method of payment is by postdated cheque for the 1st of each month.
